Students' Association

All enrolled NESCol students automatically become a member of the Students' Association (unless you choose to opt out) however the level involvement is completely up to you. One of the best things about being a member of the SA is your NUS (National Union of Students) student card, which entitles you to substantial discounts in local and national shops, cinemas, restaurants and transport!

Our Students' Association is an organisation run by students, for the benefit of students. Many choose to become actively involved in representing the College: We aim to make sure your experience at NESCol is the best it can be; from the fun, social side to the more serious, where we will represent you — from running Class Representative meetings to lobbying MPs about issues affecting you. We also hold an important seat on the College's Board of Management, one of the main links between you and the College.

We have countless student–led groups and campaigns for you to join and throughout the year we run a timetable of events — from sports and cultural activities to charity fundraisers. Being involved in the Students' Association provides the opportunity to learn new skills, gain work experience and boost your CV, all while spending time with like–minded people!

So for those who want to have an active say in their education and really embrace the student experience at NESCol, the Students' Association is a great thing to get involved with.
